Deadline for all ads is August 10th at midnight
Ads may be purchased for any student in football, cheer or band at WGHS or football & cheer at YMS.
Please submit ad by 8/10/2024.
Parents / business design the ad and send it in! There is no template, you need to make the ad.
Please size the templates as the following depending on your Ad size:
Full page 8.5 x 11”
1/2 page 7 x 5"
1/4 page 4.2” x 2.5”
*If you design your Ad as a size other than what you purchase your Ad Will Be Distorted in the Program. (Example: submitted a full page ad and purchased a 1/4 ad)
It can be done in Word, Powerpoint, or any software you're comfortable with, as long as you can send a pdf, jpg or Word file when you're finished. We cannot edit your file once you have submitted the file.
Here is how to make a program ad:
1. Start with a template or style guide. This can be any program or photo editing software your computer supports. A few programs to choose are Google Slides, Microsoft Publisher, Adobe Photoshop, Canva, etc.
2. Set your margin on the size of Ad you wish to purchase. (full, 1/2 or 1/4 size)
3. Choose a template, or create a page layout, that works best for you. Keep in mind the number of photos and words you plan to include.
4. Add your content, like photos, captions, and headlines. Be mindful of the main program border. The photos you insert should not be blurry or distorted.
5. Edit ad, get feedback, proof it. Save file and save as a High resolution.
6. Upload file on form below & submit
Choose the size ad you would like to pay online and be sure to fill out the form.
*** By entering into this agreement you authorize WGHS Touchdown Club to publish selected advertising as described below during the football season. Payment for this ad must be submitted with this agreement.
