There are many opportunities to lend a helping hand
We kindly ask each parent/guardian of all players to volunteer in at least 2 spots throughout the season. This way, all that is required to run a good program is not on the shoulders of a few but rather many who share a heart of a warrior.

What it takes......................

MEALS
Sundays-Coaches Meal-This is open to anyone on the team, in the community, groups etc. Our coaches have Sunday afternoon for planning. A meal is delivered to the school at 5pm for 10-12 that will be there. The Touchdown Club provides the paper products. Mondays - Moms Club The grade levels (9-12) take turns preparing to feed the entire football team after practice. This is coordinated with the grade level lead & posted on the sign ups. Each player's parent/guardian Is asked to contribute by helping in cooking the meal, contributing financially or be there to serve the team as they leave practice. Wednesdays- Lasagna Night The Touchdown Club purchases the frozen party size lasagnas & we ask volunteers to pick up after practice & return the following day hot & ready to be served to the team. Volunteers can just cook & drop off, stay & help serve or just arrive to serve the meals. Varsity Game Days- Volunteers are asked to go to the restaurant that is sponsoring the meals for that week & load up in their car to take to the school & stay to help serve if necessary. |
CONCESSION STAND
Wednesdays -YMS Games Freshman parents are asked to work on these games but other grade parents are welcome to if this fits their schedule best. This is so that the middle school parents can watch their child play.There is no grill on these nights. You can work one shift 1st or 2nd quarter or the full gam Thursdays - JV Game YMS parents work concessions for JV games so that the JV parents can watch their child play.These nights are slower, there is no grill work. 4 volunteers are needed for these nights. Friday-Varsity Games Any parent can choose to volunteer to set up the concession stand for a varsity game. Help to wrap hotdogs & hamburgers You do not work the game as our community churches volunteer for this. Saturdays- Rec League Multiple shifts are needed throughout the day |

Events
Golf Tournament- Held in June volunteers to help with early morning set up, check in, pictures, drinks stocked raffle & breakdown. Youth Camp for Rec League- volunteers help with checking in players as they arrive. Varsity Home Game Days- Parking Lot , concession stand set up, bun station, spirit-wear, clean up/ breakdown volunteers are needed. |
Warrior Spirit-wear
Our spirit-wear booth is set up in the courtyard inside the gates at our varsity home games and rec games on Saturdays. Volunteers are needed to help set up, work shifts on some events & break down. |
